Our units are typically 640 sq. ft (59.45 sq. m), self-contained and meet HSE, EHO, and HAACP regulations for food production. Each unit has its own entrance to facilitate easy collections and deliveries. Ample parking for occupiers and their visitors with 24×7 gated building access, alarm and CCTV monitoring.
Please note kitchen equipment is sourced and installed at your own cost and removed at the end of the tenancy. Units are metered for energy individually. The tenancy is available on a flexible 4-year license basis with a termination notice of three months.
