Last Friday September 5th  2025, marked a very special milestone as the DLR West Business Association officially launched in the stunning surroundings of Marlay House.

We were thrilled to welcome a full house of attendees for our very first event. The energy in the room was electric, and it was fantastic to see so many local businesses come together to connect, share ideas, and begin building what promises to be a vibrant and supportive network.

A huge thank you goes to our guest speakers, Jim Gildea and Conall O Móráin, who captivated us with their wisdom, stories, and good humour. Their insights set the perfect tone for the exciting journey ahead.

The incredible turnout reinforced what we already knew: there is a strong appetite for collaboration, growth, and community among the business owners and entrepreneurs of Churchtown, Ballinteer, and Nutgrove.

This launch is just the beginning. The DLR West Business Association will continue to create opportunities for local businesses to connect, learn, and thrive together.

If you’d like to be part of this growing community, all new members are welcome.
