Our private office space tenancy is available on a flexible 4-year licence basis which can be terminated with a defined notice period. Each unit is energy-metered, and occupiers pay their own insurance, utilities, communication costs and supplementary charges for rates payable directly to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
