Bridge Enterprise Centres

At Bridge Enterprise Centres, we believe business should be a force for good. Our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, alongside our broader Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, is woven into everything we do. Empowering Our Community Through the Endowment Fund

Each year, the Bridge Enterprise Centres Endowment Fund provides essential financial support to individuals and organisations across our local area. Whether it’s helping a young entrepreneur get started, backing community projects, or supporting schools and educational programmes, this fund is about creating lasting, meaningful impact.

By investing in education, enterprise, and innovation, we aim to foster a thriving and inclusive community.

We’re finalising the application process — check back soon for full details on how to apply.

Environmental Responsibility

We’re actively working to reduce our environmental impact and encourage the businesses we support to do the same. Sustainability is a shared responsibility, and at Bridge Enterprise Centre, we’re making meaningful changes to become more energy-efficient and eco-conscious. Over the past year, we’ve installed energy-efficient heaters and upgraded all lighting to LED bulbs, which use up to 50% less energy. We've also introduced automatic sensor lighting in hallways to reduce unnecessary usage and are currently completing cavity wall insulation to further improve energy efficiency.

In 2024, we implemented a centre-wide energy policy to guide our efforts, and we continue to promote responsible waste management by recycling throughout the centre. Looking ahead, we’re planning to install solar panels to further reduce our carbon footprint and support renewable energy. These are just some of the steps we’re taking to create a greener, more sustainable working environment for everyone at Bridge

We know change doesn’t happen overnight, but every step we take brings us closer to a more sustainable future for our centre, our community, and the planet.

Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our community. At Bridge Enterprise Centre, we work hard to create a welcoming space where everyone - regardless of background, ability, or experience - feels supported and valued.

We believe that diverse voices make for stronger ideas, better businesses, and a more connected community.

Governance & Ethical Leadership

We hold ourselves to high standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Every decision we make is guided by our mission to support businesses and communities in a fair, ethical, and responsible way.

Good governance isn’t just a principle - it’s a promise to our stakeholders that we’re here for the right reasons, doing things the right way.

Looking Ahead

By putting ESG and CSR at the centre of our work, we’re not just talking about change - we’re making it happen. Whether it’s through our Endowment Fund, our environmental efforts, or our community-first approach, Bridge Enterprise Centres are proud to be a catalyst for positive growth.

Testimonial

Ms. Caroline Kennedy, Principal, St. Kieran’s National School (Spec), Bray

"Thanks to the generous support of the Endowment Fund from Bridge Enterprise Centres, we were able to purchase the essential equipment needed to fully participate in the SFI Curious Minds Programme. This funding directly enabled our students to explore hands-on STEM learning and proudly achieve our second Platinum Curious Minds Award. The support truly empowered our school community to reach new heights in science and innovation."
